What counts as a "video minute"?
Video minutes are measured by the final rendered length of each video you produce. A 4-minute training video uses 4 of your monthly credits.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed then. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of monthly credits?
Rendering pauses until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle — or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly minutes. We'll notify you before you hit your limit so there are no surprises mid-project.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up free and you get 14 days with 5 minutes of video credits — no payment card needed and nothing converts automatically. When you use those credits up, upgrade to Starter or Professional to keep going. Buying a plan directly starts it immediately with that plan's full monthly allowance.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% versus paying monthly. You can switch at any time from your billing settings.
How secure is my data?
All uploaded documents and generated videos are encrypted in transit and at rest. To learn more, read our DPA.
What integrations do you support?
Professional plans include standard sharing and download options. Enterprise plans add SCORM/xAPI export, direct LMS integrations, and role-based permissions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges. Your videos and project data remain exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
